REQUIREMENTS:
1. Certified ID copy of applicant
2. Certified ID copy of parents/guardian
3. Certified copy of results
4. Proof of residence
NB. Foreigners must please also upload a clear copy of their passport and Study permit to avoid automatic disqualification.
