Minimum Requirements:
•Must be a South African Citizen
•Matriculates in 2023
•Conditional acceptance from University to study engineering
•Applicants should not be holding any other Bursary or registered at any tertiary institution
Selection Criteria:
2022 Final Grade 11 results with minimum:
- English Level 4
- Pure Mathematics Level 5 and
- Physical Science Level 5
Conditional acceptance from University to study:
- BEng/BSc Electrical Engineering Light Current
- BEng/BSc Electrical Engineering Heavy Current
- BEng/BSc Mechatronics
- BEng/BSc Mechanical Engineering
- BEng/BSc Chemical Engineering
- BEng/BSc Civil Engineering
The screening process:

- Bursary applications will be screened and shortlisted according to the qualifying criteria listed as mentioned above.
The bursary will cover:

The bursary awards target previously disadvantaged and impoverished persons from poverty-stricken and rural communities.
NB: (GRADE 11 LATEST RESULTS WITH THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS WILL BE CONSIDERED BUT THE FINAL DECISION WILL DEPEND ON THE 2023 FINAL MATRIC RESULTS.)
