What You’ll Be Doing:
This is a hands-on role where you will be the heartbeat of our store during the festive rush. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing a Festive Customer Experience: Greeting customers with a smile, helping them find their holiday essentials, and answering their questions.
- Keeping the Store Holiday-Ready: Stocking shelves, ensuring products are neatly displayed and correctly priced, and maintaining outstanding store conditions.
- Supporting Our Service Departments: Assisting our experts in the Bakery, Butchery, Deli, and other areas to serve customers quickly and efficiently.
- Ensuring Freshness & Quality: Rotating stock, checking for expired items, and helping to prevent wastage.
- Working as a Team: Communicating effectively with colleagues and management to ensure a smooth operation during busy periods.
Is This You? (We Want to Hear from You If You Are):
- A Grade 10, 11, or 12 learner, a student, or anyone available for the December/January period.
- Hard-working and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, festive environment.
- Passionate about helping people and providing great service.
- A team player with good communication skills.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and ready to take on new challenges.
- Customer-centric and always willing to go the extra mile.
